In 2020, the provincial-level intangible cultural heritage folk art of Huaihe Dagu, rooted in the folk culture of Fengyang, was officially introduced into the rural intangible cultural heritage training base of Xiaogang Village, becoming an important part of Xiaogang Village's intangible cultural heritage exhibition. Its content is close to life, humorous and witty, and is deeply loved by children. The inheritor of intangible cultural heritage, He Jiping, sang the Huai River drum for children. Teaching instructor: He Jiping, the inheritor of the Huaihe Drum, a municipal intangible cultural heritage project in Chuzhou. He has been learning Huaihe Drum since childhood and has taught it as a skill to support his family. He has been performing the Huaihe West Drum to this day.
