In order to further promote open door education for learning and education, comprehensively understand and accurately grasp the urgent needs and concerns of farmers and the real problems in agriculture and rural areas, on July 15th, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs held the 6th "Three Rural" Lecture Hall in 2025, inviting Li Jinzhu, member of the Standing Committee of Fengyang County Committee, Minister of Propaganda Department, and First Secretary of Xiaogang Village Party Committee, to give a special report entitled "Promoting the Spirit of Xiaogang and Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization". Wang Xuejun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Department, presided over the report meeting.

Li Jinzhu, from the perspective of a grassroots party organization secretary, took "the contemporary value of Xiaogang Village" as the starting point to deeply expound on the shortcomings of current rural reform and development, as well as the issues that farmers are most concerned about. Combining with the exploration and practice of Xiaogang Village, he deeply exchanged ideas and thoughts on solving problems in rural reform and development, and gave a very vivid and down-to-earth rural revitalization practice class on improving work style, serving the masses, and promoting development.

Wang Xuejun emphasized during the report meeting that at present, as the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation on learning and education enters a critical stage of implementation, party organizations at all levels in the entire department must always adhere to a strict tone without wavering, promote learning inspection and reform as a whole, solidly carry out "look back", seize and implement various tasks, and promote the deepening and implementation of learning and education. Party members and cadres should take learning and education as an opportunity to further strengthen their sense of purpose, establish a correct view of political achievements, power, and career, take the voice of the farmers as the first signal, the needs of the farmers as the first choice, and the satisfaction of the farmers as the first standard, and do their best to do good and practical things for the farmers; We should continue to strengthen our internal strength, focus on improving our policy theory level and practical ability, and effectively enhance our ability to promote the development of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers and serve the rural population; To learn and carry forward the spirit of Xiaogang, dare to break through, innovate, forge ahead, take responsibility, implement the requirements of "three moves forward", further innovate work methods, steps, and tactics, constantly break through difficult situations, solve difficulties, and open up new opportunities, promote agricultural and rural work to take the lead, and make contributions to Anhui's "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" in serving the overall national situation.
