Fengyang Xiaogang Village Hotel is located in Xiaogang Village, the birthplace of rural reform in China, a national AAAA level tourist attraction, and one of the top ten famous villages in the country. Fengyang Xiaogang Village Hotel was established on October 30, 2009 and officially opened on November 16, 2010. The Fengyang Xiaogang Village Hotel is the main venue for training and is an important foundation for cultivating leaders in socialist new rural construction. It covers an area of 140675 square meters, with a planned investment of 350 million yuan and a construction area of 75800 square meters. It integrates training, guest rooms, catering, conference services, and leisure and entertainment.

At present, it is possible to carry out training for emerging professional farmers, rural practical talents, college student village officials, rural grassroots cadres, party members and organizational cadres, as well as teaching and lecturing. A graduation certificate can be issued, with documents granted by the state to the Xiaogang Village Training Center and authorization from local enterprises and schools.
