Xiaogang Village launches "July 1st" themed party day and centralized visits and assistance activities for selected units

In order to celebrate the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, implement the spirit of the "Six Actions" notice on the selection work issued by the Provincial Selection Office, strengthen the party spirit cultivation of party members, enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations, on July 1st, the Xiaogang Village Party Committee organized a "July 1st" themed party day and centralized visits and assistance activities for selected units.

Activity One: Visiting, researching, and comforting groups facing emotional difficulties

In order to effectively bring the care and warmth of the Party organization to the people, focus on the living needs of old Party members and special groups, select unit leaders and cadres from Xiaogang Village to form a visiting group, go deep into the core area of Xiaogang Village, Shima area, and Yangang area, and carry out visits, research, and condolences for disadvantaged groups.

During the visit, the visiting personnel face-to-face promoted the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee on the rural revitalization strategy and various policies to strengthen and benefit agriculture. They interpreted the benefits of policies such as industrial support and social security in plain language to ensure that the public is aware of and benefits from the policies. For the old party members, the visiting group focused on inquiring about their physical condition, living difficulties, and participation in party organization activities, thanking them for their contributions to the development of the village collective, and encouraging them to continue to play the exemplary role of party members and provide suggestions for rural revitalization.

Activity Two: Reviewing the Oath of Joining the Party and Remembering the Original Aspiration and Mission

To further motivate party members to firmly uphold their ideals and beliefs, and strengthen their sense of mission, the Xiaogang Village Party Committee organized all party members to review the oath of joining the party.

Facing the bright red party flag, all party members raised their right fists and solemnly swore, "I am willing to join the CPC, support the party's program, abide by the party's constitution,... loyal to the party, work actively, fight for communism all my life, be ready to sacrifice everything for the party and the people at any time, and never betray the party!" The sonorous and powerful oath once again made every party member's blood boil, and once again encouraged party members and cadres to always remember their solemn vows to face the party flag when joining the party.

After the oath is taken, all party members take a "family photo" as a souvenir.

Activity Three: Deepen Warning Education and Build a Strong Ideological Defense Line

In order to promote the implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation in education, the Party Committee of Xiaogang Village organized the viewing of the educational warning special film "Don't Change Your Heart, Don't Stop Rectification", and strengthened the discipline awareness of Party members through case warnings.

Party members and cadres who participated in the event expressed their commitment to building a strong ideological defense line against corruption and degeneration, constantly holding a sense of awe, reflecting on the harm of greed, and abandoning improper thoughts, strictly adhering to the Party's integrity and discipline, maintaining a clean and honest character, and jointly creating a new atmosphere of Party conduct, political integrity, and hard work style, providing strong disciplinary guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of Xiaogang Village.

Activity Four: Conducting Special Party Courses to Strengthen Excellent Work Style

In order to guide party members to further abide by the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and its implementation rules, and to continuously strengthen work style construction, relevant comrades from the County Party Committee Propaganda Department, Agricultural Bank of China Chuzhou Branch, and Mingzhongdu Management Office gave special party lectures to all party members.

Teaching colleagues will provide in-depth interpretations of the important significance, core content, practical effects, and specific requirements for strengthening work style construction in the new era of the Central Eight point Regulation, based on practical cases. They emphasized that the Central Eight point Regulation is the "golden calling card" for comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, and they should show their sword to "lying flat" and create a good atmosphere for work and entrepreneurship with new styles and achievements. Party members and cadres must deeply realize that the construction of work style is always on the road, and must implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation and its implementation rules with strict standards and practical measures, resolutely oppose formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism, and extravagance.

Activity Five: Hold a joint meeting to collectively gather strength

At the end of the event, a joint meeting between the selected unit and the village "two committees" was held in the village party member activity room. The meeting focused on the assistance situation of the selected units and the performance of the stationed work teams in the village. It extensively listened to the opinions and suggestions of members of the village "two committees", party members, and representatives of the masses, gathered consensus and wisdom, and jointly planned a path for the rural revitalization and development of Xiaogang Village.

At the meeting, members of the village "two committees", party members, and representatives of the masses actively provided suggestions and recommendations based on the actual situation, focusing on the effectiveness of the selected units in supporting industries, resource docking, and improving people's livelihoods, as well as the performance of the stationed work team in policy implementation, public service, grassroots governance, and other work. Everyone fully recognized the hard work of the previous assistance work and the stationed work team.

The selected units carefully listened to opinions and suggestions, and expressed that they will take this meeting as an opportunity to further sort out and summarize the experience of assistance work, optimize assistance measures based on the actual needs of Xiaogang Village, and fully support the work of the stationed work team. All parties unanimously stated that they will continue to strengthen cooperation and linkage, form a working force, and effectively transform the results of the conference into concrete actions to promote rural revitalization, jointly promoting Xiaogang Village to make new breakthroughs in industrial development, rural construction, and livelihood security.
